I'm a COFFEE Person

I am a coffee person.

I believe not all people like coffee, especially black coffee. I like coffee but I am not really into the black one, especially espresso. NO. it will keep me awake all day long. also, it is too bitter. I do not remember the first time I fall in love with coffee but I simply realize that I could finish all my work faster when it keeps me company.

I am a latte person, yeah I am that very mainstream. well hey, what is soooo wrong by being mainstream, right? when in the mood of adding some flavors, I would choose tiramisu or hazelnut. or I could straightly get to caramel macchiato if there is any. but not all coffee shops serve this type of coffee.

well, I once tried to taste Indonesian coffee called Bali Paradiso in one of coffee shops in my hometown, Malang. this coffee shop is one of the best coffee shops in Malang IMHO (later I will give some reviews about my favorite coffee shops in Malang) and it serves many kinds of coffee beans from all over Indonesia with many kinds of brewing methods. at that time I remembered choosing Bali Paradiso which was served through Syphon. I will show the picture of it below.

yep! that was Bali Paradiso served with syphon brewing method. my advice is: DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURE ABOVE hahaha. mukanya aja yang sok yes. yep, it was soooooo sour, I think. it was not too bitter but I don't know, I just could not get the perfect taste for it. when I added more sugar, it kept getting even sour and sour. when I just simply sipped it, it was too bitter. eventually I decided to give it to my husband. he loved it. yea, he ate and drank almost anything :p

I do not really know why I love coffee soooo freakin much. I just cannot live without it. perhaps it is just the coffee playing my mind but I don't care anyway. I still love it. I cannot spend my days smoothly without a cup of coffee. even instant coffee could get my eyes open widely. hahaha

I know. I know what you are thinking. I don't care :D
